GRADUATION CEREMONY OF ILEAD PROGRAM FOR YOUTHS FROM SOS CHILDREN'S VILLAGE VIETNAM

In November 2023, iLead leadership values education program for youth from SOS Children's Villages - a cooperation program between Shinhan Life Insurance Vietnam Limited Liability Company, BNJ Vietnam Company Limited (BNJ) and SOS Children's Village Vietnam ended after nearly 5 months of study.
Shinhan Life Vietnam organized graduation ceremonies for teenagers at SOS Children's Villages in SOS Hanoi, SOS Go Vap (HCMC) and SOS Da Nang within the framework of the iLead program. The event is jointly organized by Shinhan Life Vietnam and BNJ Vietnam, to facilitate comprehensive development and help children develop leadership skills and confidence.
This is in “iLead Leadership Values Program” for the youths from SOS Children Villages age from 15 to 25 years old about leadership values designed by Dr John C. Maxwell, iLead Leadership Values program. This is also an activity carried out under the framework of YouthCan! Programme Initiative by SOS Children’s Villages International – Partnership for youth employability.
The iLead program provides students with a forum to acquire leadership knowledge, skills and values that enable them to practice leadership skills while encouraging connection and harmony in the peer group; thereby developing better relationships with peers, finding their voice and taking action to align themselves with good values.
Throughout their participation in the program, students participated in a variety of activities, including sessions on leadership skills, communication, teamwork, self-discovery and bonding activities with peers.
The youth of SOS Children's Villages Vietnam participated in exchange activities and shared about their efforts and progress while participating in the iLead program. Shinhan Life Vietnam and BNJ Vietnam also awarded the children certificates of merit as a special recognition and encouragement, encouraging their efforts and self-improvement in their journey to adulthood.

As a long-term community project of Shinhan Life Vietnam from 2023 - 2025, in the first year, the iLead education program ended successfully.
