Adjust contract information
Common forms related to contract information adjustment
When there is a request to adjust/change insurance policy information, you choose one of the following methods:
1. Submit an online request: through the Customer Portal (for customers who have registered to make electronic transactions of Shinhan Life Vietnam)
2. Select the appropriate form in the Form section, fill in all information and send it to Shinhan Life Vietnam by:
- Through an agent serving your insurance contract; or
- Apply directly at any Shinhan Life Vietnam office in provinces/cities across the country; or
Send a letter to: Shinhan Life Vietnam - Contract Management Office - 20th Floor, Friendship Building, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
