Today, March 24th, 2022, Shinhan Life Vietnam Insurance Co., Ltd (Shinhan Life) officially opened its first Customer Service Center at 41 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Located in the city center, this customer service office will help Shinhan Life serve customers more quickly and conveniently.
Officially operating in Vietnam from January 2022, Shinhan Life Vietnam aims to distribute protective products with reasonable denominations to customers in the traditional insurance market. Shinhan Financial Group is now present in many countries, with Vietnam serving as the group's global business's foundation through a nationwide network of member companies. Shinhan Life Vietnam will be a critical component of this ecosystem, providing comprehensive financial solutions to Vietnamese customers.
This first customer service center, along with a number of new insurance products and distribution channels under development, will help Shinhan Life Vietnam take the next steps in its outreach journey, bringing new experiences to customers.
